Charlotte Souza

Charlotte Souza is originally from Boerne, Texas. She attended San Antonio College and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. Charlotte holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and English Literature and has valuable experience in medical billing, administration and customer service. She has held positions at a variety of businesses including Lauder Enterprises, Inc., a medical supplier for laryngectomy supplies and electrolarynxes, and the Texas Legislative Council.

Charlotte's career at Central Texas Speech Pathology began in 2008 when she worked as an intern in medical billing.  Charlotte returned to CTSPS in 2010 as our Medical Billing Consultant and currently serves as our Office Manager and Insurance Coordinator.
