Erica Ortiz, M.C.D. CCC-SLP

Erica Ortiz is from Houma, Lousiana and attended Lousiana State University for her undergraduate degree. She obtained her Master's in speech pathology at Louisiana State Univeristy Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.  Erica has been practicing speech pathology for the past five years in the public school system, an outpatient rehabilitation program, and private practice.

Erica's interest areas include articulation/phonological disorders, pediatric language disorders, adult cognitive-linguistic and swallowing disorders. She is certified in the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and has obtained additional training in apraxia of speech, and augmentative and alternative communication.

Erica currently practices at our North Austin office and surrounding areas.
