Will CTSPS, Inc. file my insurance for me?

Absolutely. It is CTSPS, Inc.'s policy to work closely with your health insurance carrier to ensure that services are covered and that you know the extent of your financial responsibility when deciding to seek treatment. Although we are a preferred provider for certain major HMOs and PPOs, many times, we are also able to file claims with out-of-network health insurance carriers.

All patients at CTSPS, Inc. are provided with a breakdown of estimated cost based on the initial benefit call prior to the start of services.

Is CTSPS in-network for my insurance company?

CTSPS is a preferred provider for many major insurance companies including the following:

  • Humana

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield (PPO, Healthselect, UT System)

  • United Healthcare

  • Aetna

  • Smarthealth (Seton Employee Network)

  • Idealcare

  • Oscar

  • Medicare (Straight Medicare and Medicare replacements: Humana, United, Aetna)

  • Medicaid

    • Superior Health Plan (CHIP, STAR, STAR Kids)

    • Dell Children’s Health Plan

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield (CHIP, STAR, STAR Kids)

What if my insurance tells me CTSPS is out-of-network?

Don’t assume you cannot receive treatment at our clinic. Call us. Your benefits with an out-of-network provider may also provide coverage for speech therapy. Our administrative staff will be happy to talk with you about your coverage and make a complimentary benefits call to your insurance company on your behalf.


What other payment sources does CTSPS accept?

CTSPS also accepts the following:

  • Cash with multiple payment options

  • Care Credit

  • CTSPS, Inc. can also file secondary insurance claims on a patient's behalf
