About us
Central Texas Speech Pathology Services, Inc. is a private practice founded in 1982. Since that time, CTSPS, Inc. has served children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including our two outpatient facilities, conveniently located in south and north Austin. CTSPS, Inc. is a participating provider for most major insurance companies. We provide initial consultations as well as ongoing treatment services at our North and South Austin facilities.

Our guiding principles
Although CTSPS Inc. has grown in size, location, and experience, it remains true to its founding principles and goals:
Adhering to ethical codes and standards established by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association
Supporting direct intensive therapeutic services while maintaining manageable caseloads and allowing time for research and collaboration
Using the fewest number of therapy sessions and/or services to adequately address disorders by employing research-supported therapeutic methods and developing alternative services delivery models
Treating every client-patient with compassion and dignity while considering prognosis in communication, voice and swallowing needs
Implementing a home program for every patient to increase carryover of targeted communication and swallowing skills into functional contexts
Advocating for financial coverage of treatment services through private insurances and governmental agencies
Ensuring all patients understand their financial obligations prior to initiation of services.
More than 40 years later, CTSPS remains owned, directed, and managed by speech-language pathologists. Speech pathology is our business—our only business. As a result, CTSPS Inc. can offer quality therapy services for a wide variety of communication, swallowing and voice disorders to children, adolescents, and adults.
